Isabela Felix, Medical Assistant

A medical assistant requires empathy, compassion, good communication skills, and critical thinking skills – Isabela Felix has all these qualities that has helped her become one of the best health experts in the industry. Before she became a medical assistent, she enrolled in Sussex Technical Adult Education and completed her certifications like nursing assistant, dementia care, phlebotomy, and EKG during this time. 

Therefore, she obtained Medical Assistance Certification in 2016 from Sussex Technical Adult Education. While completing her education, she also worked in different companies such as pediatric care to explore her abilities. 2018 proved her best year, as she joined the team of Atlantic Family Physicians and became the medical assistant. Our organization has greatly benefited from the presence of Isabela Felix, as she helped us gain our patients’ trust. This helped us to facilitate patients with our quality services.

 Isabela has also been attending Delaware Technical Community College since 2018 to obtain her associate degree of science in nursing. Once her education is completed, Isabela can deal with more upgraded and complex medical procedures. This will help her flourish in the medical field and help our practice grow.

Besides having medical skills, Isabela is bilingual, which helps her to build deeper communication with patients and make the medical process easier for patients. Apart from being an excellent medical assistant, she is an incredible mom. Isabela also has multiple hobbies, like staying fit and active. And for that, she works out daily in the gym. When she gets time from her duties, she gets on an adventurous journey with her friends or family. Isabela Felix loves to travel. Isabela will continue serving people and providing her services to patients.
