Ashley Touchton, APRN-CNP

Ashley has been practicing since 2015 as a nurse practitioner in primary care. She has treated various patients with both mild and chronic health conditions to meet their primary care needs, as well as individuals dealing with substance abuse. She is also privileged to work at an assistived living facility where she provides primary care to geriatric patients. She visits this facility at least once weekly to provide services to patients.

Ashley joined Atlantic Family Physicians as a permanent staff member in 2015. Ashley chose to work at Atlantic Family Physicians because she enjoyed working in a private office where she is able to provide more one and one medical care to her patients. Ashley feels she has been able to learn a lot and grow as a provider during her time at this practice.

Prior to working as a nurse practitioner, Ashley worked as a Registered Nurse at Beebe Medical Center for 11 years in a variety of settings.

Ashley completed a Masters’ Degree in Nursing from Wilmington University. This helped her broaden her knowledge in the medical field to offer the best treatment to people. Ashley tries to spend quality time with her daughter and husband when free. She also enjoys camping and renovating her yard and eats sushi whenever she gets the chance.
