Amber Sharp, MSN, FNP-BC

Amber joined Atlantic Family Physicians March of 2020. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Wilmington University and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She holds additional certifications in aesthetics medicine that include cosmetic nurse injector, collagen induction therapy, and medical piercing.

Amber is also enrolled in the dual major Doctor of Nursing Practice and Masters of Business Administration program at Wilmington University.

Amber began her healthcare journey in 2006 as a medical assistant at a busy OB-GYN practice. This experience inspired her to become a nurse practitioner. She completed the Associates Degree in Nursing program at Delaware Technical and Community College in 2013 and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Wilmington University in 2016.

While becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for Delaware Hospice at their inpatient center and on the Bayhealth physical rehabilitation unit.

Amber is a Delaware native who enjoys the arts, nature, and traveling.
